Sweeten Up Valentine’s Day

Indian Ladder Farms’ famous Apple Cider Doughnuts will be available in the Tasting Room on Thursday 2/14. Bring home a sweet treat for that special someone or treat yourself!

The tasting room opens at 4pm and Trivia registration begins at 6:30pm.

2/15 Draft Release: From Here To Absurdity Gueuze Young sour blonde ale blended with 2014 Red Poppies of Passchendaele Flemish Red Ale.

2/16 Cookout Special: Smoked Pork Ribs - shaved dry-aged ribeye from Highland Hollow Farm, simmered in Au jus made with Homie Haulers IPL, served on a toasted demi-baguette with horseradish mayonnaise and Swiss cheese, with roasted potatoes from Schoharie Valley Farms on the side. Pair with Tandem Haulers DIPL.

2/16 EcoFarm Hike: It’s a Hoot! - We will be hiking the trails and on the lookout for some prime owl habitat. Discussion will include the types of owls that live here, what they are doing this time of year, and why we like having them around the farm. We will end our hike inside to take a closer look at some owl pellets! 11am for families, 1pm for adults.

Indian Ladder Farms Cidery and Brewery (ILFCB) is operated by Dietrich Gehring and his partner Stuart Morris. ILFCB is located on Indian Ladder Farms, a popular apple orchard and farm market located in Altamont, New York. ILFCB produces hard cider and beer using crops such as apples, pears, berries and pumpkins as well as hops and malting barley grown on Indian Ladder and other local farms.  ILFCB’s on-farm tasting room is open to the public for beer and hard cider by the glass as well as growler-fills, crowlers, and 4-packs.
