2/23 Cookout Special: Grilled Flank Steak Sandwich - Flank beef from Highland Hollow Farms, Schoharie, topped with horseradish goat cheese from R&G Cheese, Troy, on a toasted demi baguette. Served with braised red onions and tender roasted potatoes from Schoharie Valley Farms, Schoharie. Pair with Recreational Eating Brut IPL made with NYS malt and hopped with Vic Secret, Galaxy & our Nugget hops. Super dry & fruity.
2/23 EcoFarm Hike: Evergreens All Around - This week’s hike will pass through several different types of evergreen stands. We will have a chance to identify each type of conifer and discuss the overall importance of these trees in terms of the everyday products they provide us with, and the critical habitat they provide for other wildlife. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The hikes are free but require registration. Email firstname.lastname@example.org 11am for families, 1pm for adults.

Indian Ladder Farms Cidery and Brewery (ILFCB) is operated by Dietrich Gehring and his partner Stuart Morris. ILFCB is located on Indian Ladder Farms, a popular apple orchard and farm market located in Altamont, New York. ILFCB produces hard cider and beer using crops such as apples, pears, berries and pumpkins as well as hops and malting barley grown on Indian Ladder and other local farms. ILFCB’s on-farm tasting room is open to the public for beer and hard cider by the glass as well as growler-fills, crowlers, and 4-packs.
